My Flights of Fancy’s Annual Spring Retreat at the Beach!

This is a great weekend away at the beach! We are going back to Camp Magruder, which we have been to in the past, and have loved greatly!

Here are the important details:

Who: YOU! and bring a friend or two! (scrappers, card makers, crafty people of all kinds)
What: Retreat!
When: May 3 – 5
Where: Rockaway Beach, OR
Why: Because we all love to be crafty with friends, and where better than at the beach?

The Spring retreat is $185 for the whole weekend! We do not have a Thursday option this year.

• 6′ of work space (ability to leave your items out safely the whole weekend)

Important Information

Cost and payments:

The cost for the retreat is $185.

Your payment is due by April 21st.

Referral Bonus!

Once we reach 15 people registered, and you bring a friend (that hasn’t been to a crop or retreat within the last year), then both of your prices will drop to $175 AND you will get a special treat at the Retreat!

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation more than 60 days before the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit your deposit,
unless we are able to fill your spot with another participant.

We regret that any cancellations within 60 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost. Fees are completely non-refundable. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

We are NOT responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. If we must cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to date. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy
